Yikes! I hit the wrong button and the message posted before I was done! Let's try this again...

Summer Spaghetti

1/2 lb. spaghetti
garlic clove
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 swwet yellow pepper
1 sweet orange pepper
2 lg. roma tomatoes
1 med. zucchini

Cook pasta. Brown sausage with minced garlic clove. Add diced veggies and cook until veggies get slightly soft. Toss in pasta and top with basil and 1/4 c parmesan.

You can use various veggies (such as purple onions, summer squash) based on what you have in your garden.

Sounds good but I noticed you have olive oil in your first post but not the second, I'm assuming you use it, right?

Use just a little to keep veggies from sticking and burning. Sometimes if my sausage is extra greasy, I can skip the olive oil.
