what you need
2-5 lbs. hamburger/chuck
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 TBS wostershire sauce
1 medium oniuon chopped
salt,pepper,garlic powder(to taste)

what to do
combine mixture of meat
form into patties or nini loaves
bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
pour your fave. Brown gravy mixture over the meat.
