no summer is complete without these...
1/4 c veg oil
1/3 c honey
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
3 cloves garlic crsuhes
3 small red onions, cut into pieces
2 red peppers, cut into pieces
skewers
(add any other veggies you like-we also love zucchini with this-this marinade goes with everything)
In bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, and pepper. (reserve some marinade to brush onto kabobs while cooking)
Place the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers in the bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Lightly oil the grill grate and preheat the grill for high heat.
Drain marinade and discard marinade. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn and brush with reserved marinade frequently.
