4 Lbs ground beef
1/4 c A1
1 Egg
2 packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2- 1 tsp pepper


Mix all and grill.

If ya wanna spice it up add:

5 diced jalapeno
couple dashes hot sauce
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce

Looks like it would be easy to do 2 pounds and maybe freeze one of them in pre-made patties. Just an idea.

Mary....I usually just kinda eyeball it if I'm only making a couple of them...but this about what mine works out too and theyre good!!


4lbs ground beef= 1lb
1/4 c A1 = 2 Tbs
1 Egg = I usually just skip it if only doing a couple
2 packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix= 1/2 a pkt
1 tsp garlic salt= 1/4 tsp
1/2- 1 tsp pepper=couple of shakes
