I got this from another site and my oldest son loved it.I changed it a bit to make it easier to make for us.
2-15 ounce cans or beans what ever kind you like
4 cups of bee broth(I used water and boullion)
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/2 onion diced up
1 stalk of celery diced up
1 carrot diced up
1/8 t. pepper
1 t. dry parsley
2 T. bacon bits
1/4 cup water
2 T. flour
In pot add beans, broth, ketchup, onion, celery, carrot, pepper, par sley and bacon bits.Simmer half hour or until veggies are tender.bring it to a good boil and add in water and flour already mixed in a small cup and keep stirring and let it thicken up.Let it sit 5 minutes after turning off burner and serve with crackers.I topped mine with some fresh diced onions and cheese.
