some jars of this can get pricey in the stores.....and it's easier to make than some people think(it just sounds fancy

)
1 (16oz)penne pasta ,or other tube type pasta(I like the ones that look like a twisted horn)
2 Tbs butter
1/4 lbs sliced pancetta bacon, chopped
1/3 c vodka
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c tomato sauce
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
Boil pasta 8 to 10 min,drain.
Melt margarine over med heat.
Add pancetta, and saute til lightly browned.
Add vodka and stir til it is reduced by half(4-5 min)
Stir in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes.
Stir every few minutes.
Stir in pasta, and heat through.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
