Okay, I am so tired of Bisquick pancakes! Does anyone have a good, not too difficult recipe for pancakes from scratch? I'm hungry for the pancakes that you go to restaurants and buy, but I want them at home!

I have a WONDERFUL one that I got from someone here that is whole wheat pancakes. It makes up a BIG batch, and lasts us quite a while. I do substitue wheat pastry flour for white flour, but it is so good! My kids have a hard time eating regular pancakes now. I don't have the recipe here at work, but if you e-mail me asking for it, I will e-mail it to you when I log on at home.

I have a really good-

BlueBerry Sour Cream Pancakes-

2 cups of flour
1 1/2 T. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
2 egss
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/3 cup of sour cream
3 T. melted butter
3/4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries.I use water ever kind I have,it doesn't matter.

Combine dry ingredients.stir in remaining ingredients.Fold in berries.Cook on hot skillet with some pam spray.

Makes 12-14 very large pancakes.

Serve with syrup and or sour cream sweetend with brown sugar and vanilla. You don't have to use berries if you don't have them.My kids will only eat them with berry since I made it with them the first time. Can't change it now on them.
