Someone requested this since it was on my menu.I am making them sunday so I can report back and let you know if I would change anything and how they turned out.

I am making the bread using this recipe.

Baked "bread machine" Focaccia with the works

Dough

4 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water, plus 3 tablespoons lukewarm water 5 tablespoons oil (I like safflower) 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon bread machine yeast 2 teaspoons oregano 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Basic Topping

2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons oregano 2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional) 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese pick as many or as few add-ons as you want

diced green onions diced tomatoes sliced black olives sliced mushrooms sliced green peppers diced jalapeno peppers cooked crumbled bacon grated cheddar cheese

Dough: Put the 1 1/2 c water in the bread machine.

Add the other ingredients in this order: sugar, salt, oil, flour, yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and black pepper.
Place bread machine on dough setting and start.
Note the amount of time your bread machine will take and set another timer for this amount (or do it manually, I use the timer on my microwave for for this).
As soon as the dough forms a ball (several minutes) add the 3 tbsp lukewarm water.
This amount of flour is more than most bread machines can handle, so check every 10 minutes when it is not actively mixing.
If it's getting too high, just stop the dough cycle and restart it (this is why the other timer is needed).
At the end of the time (on my machine it is 130 minutes) turn off the bread machine and remove the dough.
Grease a large pizza pan (or a large rectangular cookie sheet with sides, or 2 small pizza pans) and turn the dough out on it (I usually put a bit of oil or cooking spray on my hands so It doesn't stick to me).
Spread the dough evenly on the pan, making it higher on the edges of the pan for a crust.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.
About 15-20 minutes.
Toppings: Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
Add as many optional toppings as you wish (invent some if you wish).
Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake until golden about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
For the burgers we are doing them on the grill with just salt and pepper.Or maybe what ever else dh comes up with.I bought some fresh Mozzarella balls to slice thick slices and melt on top of the burgers. My favorite fresh mozzarella cheese it by BELGIOIOSO and it come in a bowl by the cheese in the deli section of the store. You get 4 small balls of it for 3.29.The I will top each burger with some pesto(green kind).I could not find a recipe that had the same thing in it as the one at AppleBee's had in it so I bought some that is called CLASSICO traditional basil pest 10 ounce jar for 2.79.I found that by the pasta sauces. The fresh was alot more pricey. Then I found a Brussetta mix that is like AppleBee's that I will making to add on top of the pesto. Here that recipe is.

Bruschetta Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1 punnet of cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in halves
2-3 spring onions sliced (optional)
Small handful of fresh basil leaves or 1 tablespoon of dried basil (fresh is better)
small to medium glove of garlic crushed (depends on how much you like garlic)
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Method

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. That's it!! It can be keep in the fridge for about two days.
Then you top the burger with 3 fresh basil leaves and I forgot to add only the cheese on the Burger when grilling it.The toppings you add after you have your burger on a piece of focaccia bread and then after all the toppings add another piece of focaccia bread!I sure hope it Turns out like the AppleBee's ones since we love those!

For the fries that comes with it I am going to put a little olive oil, butter, minced garlic and rosemary in a pan and let infuse together and pour some over the fries(after deep frying them)and then do shaving of fresh parmesan over top of them.
