1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. beef broth
3 c. shredded cabbage

Cook beef and onion, add any spices you like to use
Add sauce, broth,stir to blend,
place 1/2 of cabbage in casserole dish, top with beef, repeat layers
Bake @ 375 35-40min or til hot and cooked.

*Note: just got this from my cousin and will be trying it tomorrow, I haven't made it yet, but it certainly looks easier than stuffed cabbage!
