Meatloaf is one of my dh absolute favorites....I make a couple diff ones he loves...this is one.


1 1/2 kbs lean ground beef
1/2 c cruched cheese ritz crackers
3/4 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 s shredded mozzarella
2 Tbs dry minced onions
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c ketchup
1 tsp hot sauce
2 Tbs A1

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix ground beef, crushed crackers,cheeses, and onions til well combined.
Whisk eggs, ketchup,hot sauce and steak sauce til smooth.
Mix the eggs into the meat til evenly combined.
Pat into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Bake about 45 to 60 min.
