Easy pot pie

I love to make this in the winter.
I buy a bag of frozen mixed veggies (size depends on how much you want to make),
family sized can of cream of chicken soup,
and frozen pie shells.
A can of chicken breast is optional.
Rinse veggies and then toss them in a bowl.
Mix in the cream of chicken soup by hand.
Pour it into the pie shells.
I usually take a frozen pie shell and thaw it out for a few minutes to lay over the top for the top crust. Cut a few holes in the top crust (you can cut in a cute design).
I bake it at 350 degrees until it starts to bubble through the holes.
It's tasty and very easy to throw together!!
