So good and so easy...

You will need
2 packages of cornbread mix
1 lb of ground beef or turkey
grated cheese of your choice
1 Tomato & hand full of Cilantro

Mix cornbread and put into greased pan (that can go into oven) and bake, while that is baking take and brown the meat. When the cornbread comes out put browned meat 1st, then tomato, cilantro and top with cheese put back in oven to melt the cheese.

This is a fun quick dinner that will go fast!
