ok, so here is a delish recipe for chicken poutine. yummy.

french fries, enough to feed however many family members your gona feed
grated mozzarella cheese, or if you can get them cheese curds, depending on how gooey and cheesey you like things, add according to your tastes.
chicken gravy, again, how ever much you want, and what makes it really good, is if you have some leftover chicken, cut it up really small and add it to your gravy and then pour over the cheese and french fries.

bake your french fries like normal, then dish them out onto plates, add however much cheese you like on top, and make sure the gravy is good and hot, add your chicken to gravy while your heating it or making it, and then pour all over the french fries and cheese. and then enjoy. it looks yucky, and sounds yucky, but it tasted so yummy.
