Got this recipe off allrecipes.com

INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
salt and ground black pepper to taste
5 tablespoon butter
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups chicken broth *low sodium
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour onto a sheet of wax paper. In a nonstick skillet add butter, cook until melted over medium heat. Add onions and garlic to skillet. Cook until tender. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
To the same skillet, add the mushrooms and saute for about 5 minutes. Combine the broth, cornstarch, parsley, salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until liquid is thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet and cook until chicken is heated through, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve.

I make this recipe with Mushroom Rice (posted under side dishes) Lots of mushrooms for one meal, but it is all so very good.

Finally got to make this for dinner! I think I have only been trying for about 4-5 nights, but things kept coming up and I couldnt make it. This recipe is really yummy. Dh said it looks like something that one would order in a fancy resturant.
