Pork Cabbage Saute-

1 pound of boneless pork cut into 2 inch pieces
1 T. oil
1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded(I used a whole head)
1 medium onion,thinly sliced
1/2 t. minced garlic(I used tons)
2 bay leaves, doubled since I used double the cabbage
2 T. butter
1/2 t. salt(had to use more since more cabbage)
1/2 t. pepper(had to use more since more cabbage)

In large skillet cook oil and pork, remove, keep warm(season the pork).

In same skillet, saute the cabbage, onion, garlic and bay leaves in butter until veggies are tender.Discard bay leaves.

Stir in pork,salt and pepper.

Serve with rice and can add soy sauce to it.
