Does anyone have any good stir fry recipes. I bought some bags of frozen stir fry veggies, but I need some good ideas for them. I really want my family to eat more veggies. I can fry meat and veggies together but I'd like a good sauce or seasoning to bring it all together. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There are many types of bottled oriental marinades/dressings. They're usually in the area around salad dressings. Some of it depends on if you like hot? sweet? ginger? teriyaki? What I do is just marinate my chicken in the sauce and then stir fry the meat then add in the veggies and add sauce. Then serve over rice. You can use whatever veggies you like. I usually use fresh but the frozen are okay too. I especially like the ones with snow peas!!

Quick Chicken Teriyaki
This is the one that I use. Got it off the Kraft website. It isnt anything fancy, but it is easy and yummy.

1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1-1/3 cups water
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through.
ADD water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
STIR in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
