Fiesta Mac N Cheese Recipe-

1 pound of burger
2 cups of water(I had to use 3)
1 cup of salsa
1 package of velvetta shells and cheese(it called for kraft deluxe dinner)
2 cups of frozen corn
1/2 cup mexican cheese
1 green onion chopped
1 T. chili powder while cooking meat(I forgot this but I will do it next time)

Brown meat,drain,return it to the pan.

Stir in water,salsa and Macaroni.Bring to boil,Reduce heat to low and cover.

Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender,stirring twice.Add corn and cheese sauce.Cook until heated through.

Add into bowls,Sprinkle with shredded cheese and green onions.

This sounds so good, too. YOu are full of great recipes.
