I got this recipe from another board I frequent. Dh and my boys ages 5 and 2 all loved it!

Recipe for mock salisbury steak:

8 Tabl of dried fine bread crumbs
1 # of lean ground beef/ or turkey
1 egg
1/8 teas. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tabl. worchestershire sauce
3 Tabl. ketchup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup.

Preheat oven to 350, in medium bowl , combine bread crumbs, meat, egg , pepper and onion. Form into 4 oval patties, place patties in hot skillet ( with 1 tabl oil) , brown patties on both sides, Place browned patties in 8x8 baking dish ( I used a westbend crock pot ) In a small bowl, combine worchestershire sauce , ketchup and soup. Pour over patties. Bake 30 minutes in oven, or on high in crock pot for approx. 1 hour or until done.

These steaks are great as the gravy forms and is usable for over potatoes , rice or noodles.
