Frozen Burrito Bake
6 frozen bean and cheese burritos (I get those big packs instead of buying individual)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 4oz can diced green chillis
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar (may use less)
3/4 cup sour cream
Place frozen burritos in 9x13 casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup, chillis, and sour cream together and spread over burritos. Top with cheese and bake at 350 or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Sounds weird but it is SOOOOO good. Top with salsa if desired.

Bacon Goulash
12 oz pkg bacon or turkey bacon
2 lg onions
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 dry cheese packet from box mac-n-cheese
12 box macaroni or other small size pasta
Fry bacon and put aside. Dump grease but leave enough to brown onion in. Once the onions are softened, and the tomatoes and cheese packet and salt and pepper if desired. While that simmers on low, get pasta ready and crumble up the bacon. When bacon and pasta are ready, toss it all together. It is soooooo good, one of my all time favorite comfort foods.

Along the same line...I use the frozen Asian veggies with the ground turkey and ramen. It makes a great "stir fry"!
Sausage and veggies
1 lb package of smoked sausage
1 bag of frozen veggie mix (I usually use Broc/caul/carrot mix)
white sauce (optional)
Cook as directed and then I mix it together in one big pan and add the white sauce and maybe some cheese. Note: this only feeds 2 people, so double up and enjoy!

This is a little dry. If you like more sauce use more oil and garlic.
1 package spaghetti
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook spaghetti according to package
2. Heat olive oil in a small sauce pan. Add garlic and red pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes.
3. Toss with spaghetti
4. Add chesse to taste and toss again.

This is what we always called it because we have it had our family camp all the time.
4-5 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cans of green beans
smoked sausage, cut into chunks
1 packet of goya seasoning
Put all in a large pot or Dutch oven and simmer on the stove for 2-3 hours.
