Apple Cake
1 can apple pie filling

Mix apple, cake mix and eggs together well and pour 1/2 in 9 x 13 pan. *Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over batter, then put the rest of the batter on top. *Bake 30-35 minutes. (I added some nutmeg and cloves too.)
This would be a good substitute for donuts, apple fritters, etc. that you might buy in the store. *I would serve it with eggs, meat and maybe fresh fruit for a good 'filling' meal. *Maybe a fun breakfast on birthdays. *  *
