Frito Pie-

4 cups of corn chips
2 cans of(15 ounce)chili,no beans
1 can(19 ounce)beans,rinsed,drained,kidney beans
2 T. dried minced onion
1 cup shredded cheese

preheat oven to 350.spread 3 cups of corn chips over bottom of 2 quart baking dish.

In bowl,combine chili,beans and onions.Spread over chips.Sprinkle with cheese.Top with
remaining chips.Baked until hot and bubby,25-39 minutes.

Serves 6
