Hot Dog Stir-Fry

1 lb. small potatoes,quartered
1 t. dried italian seasoning
4 hot dogs,diagonally cut into 1" pieces
1/3 cup ketchup
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 lb. frozen vegetable mix

Coat skillet with cooking spray,heat over medium heat.Add potatoes,seasoning and 1/4 t.
salt.Cook until browned 5-7 minutes.Add hot dogs,cook 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup water,ketchup and worcestershire.Cover,reduce heat to medium-low.Cook
until potatoes are cooked through,15-20 minutes.Add vegetables,cover and cook 5 minutes.

Serves 4
