Does anyone have a good recipe for Short Ribs. Never made them before.

I found one that looks good. You parboil the ribs in water with garlic and a bayleaf for 45 minutes and you mix up a sauce and put it in the crock pot then before you eat them you grill them. I will post the recipe after I try them tonight.
