2 (6oz)cans tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c mayo
1/3 c sliced ripe olives(opt)
1/4 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1 (12oz)tube biscuits
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c crushed potato chips


Mix tuna, cheese, mayo,olives and lemon-pepper-set aside.

On a lightly floured surface,flatten each biscuit into a 5in circle.

Spoon 2 good TBS of tuna onto one side,fold dough over filling; press edges with a fork to seal.

Place egg and potato chips in separate bowls.
Dip turnovers in egg, then w/chips crumbs.

Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Make a small slit in top of each turnover. Bake at 375 18-21 min,til golden brown.

I can usually get 8-10.(depends on your biscuits )

I made these tonight for our supper and they were a hit!!!!
I made them with 12 oz. tube of biscuits and I had 10 turnovers.
