(although also very good on potatoes)
1 Tbs pepper
1 Tbs kosher salt
3 Tbs chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbs dried rosemary
8 cloves garlic, diced
olive oil
Mix all and slowly stir in enough of the olive oil to form a paste(about 1/3c)
