3 Tbs brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbs paprika
1 1/2 Tbs salt
1 1/2 Tbs pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Mix all.
Sprinkle ribs w/liquid smoke...rub mix into meat(wrap and refrig an hour or so)
grill and slather on fave bbq sauce.
(I like to bake mine in the oven and finish on grill)
