or any concoction of your own that you may have whipped up that may be a ....
fast~famous~fancy~fabulous~family~favorite



~~`Fried Fish Fillets`~~

1 egg
2 Tbs yellow mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c instant mashed potato flakes
1/4 c oil for frying
4 (6 oz)fillets sole
flour


Whisk egg, mustard, and salt,set aside.
Put potato flakes in another shallow dish.(I like to mix in some parm cheese and a small hanful of
Italian breadcrumbs)
Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over med-high heat.

Dip fish fillets in flour then,egg mixture. Dredge the fillets in the potato flakes, making sure to
completely coat the fish. For extra crispy, dip into egg and potato flakes again.
Fry fish fillets in oil for 3 to 4 min on each side, til golden brown.

1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Grill Mates® Southwest Marinade
1/4 c olive oil
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbs water
1 1/2 lbs flank steak
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
1 onion, cut in strips
1 (23.5oz)burrito size flour tortillas
salsa
sour cream
shredded cheese

Mix SW Marinade, oil, lime juice and water in a ziploc bag. Pierce steak with fork. Add steak, pepper and onion strips to marinade. Close bag. Turn to coat.Refrigerate 30-60 min.

Remove meat from marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Lift vegetables from marinade; place in heated skillet or grill pan(or you can grill also). Saute vegetables over med-high heat til tender. Toss out leftover marinade.

Cut meat into thin slices. Serve in warmed tortillas w/veggies,garnish with salsa, sour cream or shredded cheese, if desired.

1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top dressing
2 c. cooked, turkey or chicken, diced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk

-Prepare Stove Top according to directions on box for moist stuffing.
-Layer stuffing and turkey in a 9 ich pan.
-Mix soup and milk. Pour over stuffing and meat-Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
-Serves 3-4 people.
-Double the recipe for a 9x13 inch pan.

-Fry together 1 lb. hamburger and some onion. Transfer to a baking dish.
-Add:

4 medium potatoes, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1 stick celery, sliced
2 Tbsp. rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water (Can add more water if needs)
Salt and pepper to taste

-Bake slowly until done. 350 degrees oven about 1 1/2 hrs.
