1 lb pork or turkey sausage, browned and drained
1 Cup onion chopped and browned with sausage (use more or less)
1 bag rice, cooked and drained
1 can creamed of mushroom soup

Combine all and add cheese and bake till cheese is melted and casserole is hot

I sometimes add a small can of corn drained, or a can of english peas drained.
