make up a batch of french toast using texas toast. in a bowl, mix up cream cheese, a splash of vanilla, and sugar and cinnamon to taste. spread the "goo" between two pieces of french toast, top with pie filling (we used cherry and apple) and sprinkle with powdered suger. you can also add syrup and butter if you want to make it really rich. OMG!!! it's soooo good!!!
