1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 jar (14 oz) spaghetti sauce
2 tubes (8 oz each) large ref. biscuits
1 cup shredded cheese

Brown beef & onion, drain & add spaghetti sauce till heated.

Press biscuits into the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin cups. Spoon 2 T meat mixture into the center of each cup. Bake at 375 for 15 -17 minutes or until golden brown. sprinkle with cheese and bake till cheese is melted.

Okay ruthie, this sounds totally weird and strangely good! Do you use a whole biscuit in each muffin cup or do you split them? Does it get huge? I'm trying to picture these things.

I use a whole biscuit and by the time you press it in the bottom and up the sides it is kind-of thin. Not really huge because you put the meat in the middle and it kind of weighs it down.

Sounds yummy!
Especially if the biscuit gets a little crispy on the bottom!
I'll be trying these!
