With our weather warming up I am not wanting to spend much time in the kitchen - our normal BBQ recipes have already been used and am looking for some new ides.

Looking for sides and main dish ideas - could be crockpot, BBQ, or even in a roaster I have one that has only been used once (figure I can put it outside and keep the heat out of the house).
