I have almost 2lbs of boneless country style pork ribs in the freezer that I need to fix soon. I have no idea how to prepare them. I do not have a grill so that is not an option. Anyone have any suggestions? I am open to cooking them in the oven or in a crock pot. Please help so these don't go to waste. Thanks in advance.
I put them in a pot with water, bring to a boil then simmer about 1 1/2 - 2hrs. Then place the ribs in a baking pan, cover with bbq sauce and bake another 30mins or so.

you can boil them for 45 min to an hour and then bake them in the oven at @ 190-200 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours, basting with bbq sauce once or twice and flip once. Delish!!
