Salmon Melts-
1 can of salmon drained and deboned
couple table spoons of mayo just enough to make it moist
salt
pepper
season salt
garlic powder

mash with fork and mix up really good.I put it in the fridge and let it sit all day.I take it out 20 minutes or so before going to make them so it can get the chill off from it.

Take 5-6 slices of bread and spread the salmon mixture on them.Top with slice of cheese or grated cheese. What ever kind you want it doesn't matter.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
