Hi ladies,

I just wanted to say thank you for all the great recipe ideas I have gotten lately. I have been in a creative food mood, and this has been a great resource. One in particular went over very well tonight.

We had a bunch of people over tonight and made burgers - VERY THIN burgers. Everyone, kids included, picked their own "toppings" and then placed another burger on top, pinching the edges closed, making a stuffed hamburger. We then grilled them on the grill ... and voila ... AMAZING. I can't find the exact post I got this idea from, but THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! I cannot tell you how many compliments I got.

I will keep looking and experimenting, and when I find something great, I will let you know.
