ok this makes for not only a cheap meal but also very filling...
2 packages of hot dogs finally diced toss em in a skillet and brown them...
start preparing tortilla s with enchilada sauce add left over sauce to hot dogs...
now take crunched up nacho chips and sprinkle down center of tortilla...
sprinkle shredded cheese down center of tortilla...
now add diced hotdogs...
roll tortillas place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle tops with shredded cheese...
now bake at 420 for about 30 min...
serve with a side of spanish rice...
this meal costs me around 5 to make...
and feeds up to 10...
as summer progresses i add fresh veg. from the garden... tomatoe, onion, peppers
try it yall are always looking for something different... and im the only person sides my friends grandma that makes this....
