Now see, that would be a little over the top for me. I don't mind the odd grunt....huff and puff. I do it myself. However, this guy was just SINGING his moans and groans....it was insane and like I said very distracting!!!!

That is a funny story.

I have worked out quite a bit with men in the free weight section and I know the type you are talking about. Some grunting and groaning are inevitable when you are lifting weight that is very heavy for you. Heck, I have been known to do it too. However, there are some who seem to grunt and groan more than necessary. They are usually the ones my dh and I have determined are steroid users
