I have done some looking into it... I think that lapbad procedure is the better way to go in the long run. I have had 2 friends have gastric bypas and the nutrition factor is hurting them now years later after the sugery. they have had great hair loss due to lack of nutrition. Also after the weight loss is done it is reversable so that you can go right back to normal. I would just make sure you look at all your options first.

My surgery was March 17th, I've lost 84lbs since then but my problem right now is I have NO appetite at all. I easily go 2-3 days without eating and not noticing it. They did say my appettite would decrease but I didn't think it would be this bad so I was just curious if anyone else had gone through this.
