We use natural peanut butter here, too, but I don't drain the oil---it's too hard to spread without it. Whenever I taste the other kind of peanut butter it's like dessert. I never realized how sweet it was until I switched to natural. My kids eat natural peanut butter, too.

The thing about peanut butter is that they add more sugar to the ff and rf ones. So their really is no point to them. IF you are really concerned with it you need to use what is called natural peanutbutter. The rf is actually worse for you!
