Default Got measured ~ month one

After Walktober we were asked to go in and get measured again just to see the progress we made in a month's time.

My body fat went down 0.08% (no biggie right? But it is still going down)
My weight went down 2 1/2 pounds.

I figure by spring, when the MS reunion meets I should be where I want to be !!!

You know I havent been able to walk properly the past two days! I started THE FIRM excercises and probably pulled both quad muscles! They are both sore! yesterday did abs, so today abs are sore and this morning I did legs again and less sore today!
my co-workers think it is halarious when I am oohing and aahing tryin to sit and get up from my chair!
I cant beleive I get up at 5.30am to work out, but I am addicted to that high I get after I am done!

Good for you!!!

The first few times killed when I started the Firm but if you stick with it you will see results, GUARANTEED!! The Frim is AWESOME!! Stick with it, if you can. If your muscles are really sore, maybe reduce your weights. If you are using 5 lbs, use 3lbs then build up to 8lbs over the course of two or three months. I liked seeing the progress I was making by changing up my weights.

I am not using any weights yet!!!
I know it is worth it, it really is a good workout, tough, but it works. I used it to lose post baby fat from 2nd baby, I just need to lose the post baby fat from the 1st baby i had!

Well that means you are doing this right then! No pain no gain my friend!! By you being sore means you are doing the proper movement and using the proper muscles. However, because you are just starting out, remember to let your muscles rest .... working them too hard can be harmful to you in the long run...and it may discourage you to continue on!

I am proud of you girl. Keep up the good work! Oh and if you feel compelled to, shout profanities at the TV while you are working out! It helps you to get through it! (that is of course if the kids are not around) LOL!!! :D
