I'm more of a Caribou girl but I get a Non-fat Carmel Latte with sugar-free carmel. It's pretty good and not that bad for you. Doesn't help with the cost aspect though. You may want to check local gas stations. I can get a decent huge latte in almost any flavor for less then a dollar, but TONS of calories. I think limiting yourself is a good idea.

Looks like this post has been around for awhile and i'm just seeing it.

I too am addicted to Starbucks. Caramel frappacinos are my down fall. However i have started limiting myself to one a week. Usually it's Wednesdays. This week it was today.

When i get coffee on other days i order a iced venti low fat sugar free vanilla latte. It's cold and sweet and that's what i like.

Starbucks is just evil!! So tempting. I wanted one from the time I woke up this morning but I managed to drive past it and not stop!! Yeah for me!! Caramel fraps are awesome!! Going to have to try what you guys are drinking though so maybe I can skip some of the calories.

I like Panera personally...Starbucks, Caribou...taste really burnt to me. A friend of mine worked at Starbucks for a time and she said that they tell them in the training about how they 'over-roast' the beans for a 'distinctive' flavor. LOL It just cracks me up because when I do have a Starbucks coffee, I always grimace at the first few sips because it tastes so bad to me. I honestly don't understand the popularity.

Buy a great coffee machine and make your coffee drinks at home, it's a lot more economical and tastes a million times better! Even something as simple as a French Press, with good beans...tastes great.

Oregano...what is Panera???? If it's a coffee house i don't think we have them here.

I do agree sometimes i get my starbucks coffee and it does have a burnt taste to it. I don't notice it often though.
