I've had a bad month. I've gone from exercising 7 days a week throughout August, Spetember, and october, to maybe once a week during the last three weeks. There has just been so much going on between work, home, and other obligations. So much so that I have been sick the past two days with some sort of weird abdominal muscle spasms that I think may be partly due to stress and exhaustion. I'm hoping after taking it easy for most of yesterday and today that I'll be back on track tomorrow. I would really like to start exercising on a daily basis again, which I may or may not start tomorrw depending on how I feel after work. I'll keep you updated on how I do this month!

hey Sunburn!

Ease yourself back into the swing of things or you will burn out!!

Try the three days a week thing and then build from there. Going back to your old program may discourage you. Build up to it, you'll last longer that way ~ meaning hang in there longer!

You can do it!
