well, he thinks I really need counseling, but not necessarily meds at this point. man my doc is good. he had me nailed down to a tee. It wasn't as scary as I thought either. he does think I am at a critical juncture(sp?). he said as I progress with counseling I may need meds once my head begins to shrink. ok he didn't say it exactly like that.:D

Now I just need to find a babysitter on my busiest day of the week. that should be as easy as pulling my finger nails off. it might not be that bad. I have to call. she is at clinic two blocks from home one day a week. I'm hopeing she is somewhere else close by on a differnet day.
