I hate to say this, but I have done alot of research on this as I have had stretch marks since I was 11yrs old but they need to be chalked up to mommy "battle scars". Aside from procedures like laser therapy, etc. there is nothing that gets rid of stretch marks. Even laser surgery, etc. doesn't really produce results (maybe in some cases). My MIL works at a laser center and says don't bother getting it done (if anyone has had it done and it worked, post so we know).
Good news is that it pays to keep the skin moisturized and nice as it improves the texture and the red marks do fade over time to w silverish, whitish color (depending on your skin color). I got a whole lotta stretchies on my belly after baby. I used a TON of Palmers and cocoa butter but if you have the genetics for it (and you gain alot of weight) stretch marks happen.
