While I was pregnant with child #3, I belonged to a site called Babyfit. It was great. Lots of motivation. They gave a meal plan and a place to track your food for the day and a place to track your workouts, with a workout plan and exercises and everything. I loved it. Now that I am getting done with nursing, I joined their sister site, www.Sparkpeople.com. It has the same things, but for everyone else. I'm starting my plan tomorrow if I can get to the store to buy the things in the meal plan. They give you a shopping list for the week. If I can't get to the store, I'll start this weekend. If you join, they may ask if someone refered you. My user there is vioburn, also. I don't get anything for it, but they give points that only count for you tracking your goals. In other words, the points are just for me to track my progress. I would be interested to see how many people would like to join. We could start our own support group on there for mommysavers. Let me know what you think. Take a look at my.sparkpeople.com/vioburn. This is my Spark page.
