Mine is also walking...I like to get lost in it...it's a moment in time that I'm focusing on me!! I also like exercise ball workouts...squats, situps, pushups, etc...the ball just makes it so much easier to do!

I LOVE Billy Blank's tae bo! I also love these workout videos I have called The Grind Workout: Hip Hop Aerobics (MTV put them out in the mid-90's)... lots of fun music and hot bodies to watch, lol. Pilates is also really good. I've noticed a big difference in my flexbility and mid-section since doing pilates... plus it has a rather calming effect almost like yoga.

I like to walk the best...especially if I am walking with someone else. It keeps me motivated...and I go longer!

I have three favorites that I like about the same -- Walking, Elliptical Machine and my 20 min Pilates DVD.

I like to walk for 10-15 min, do Pilates for 20 min and the Elliptical Machine for 30. Don't know why, but that's what I usually do.
