I have been trying to lose weight since before we moved into this house and that was about 7 wks ago. I've lost 16 pds so far. I can actually tell that i've lost weight now. my pants are too big and my swimsuit bottoms are too big. Its great!

That's great! Gives me motivation to keep going...I can't wait until I can notice it in my clothes!
