I didnt see the post.
Knees are okay, I am doing the Biggest Loser Workout, I use a sports cream, and this one doesnt stink like Bengay! I also got a knee brace, it is like a knee brace, but holds the kneecap in place when exercising, that helps too.
I want to start TF tapes soon, was meant to todya, but slept in instead!
I think I need to go to the Dr and get my knees checked out, when I put my hand on my knee and move it, it grinds and makes a grinding noise, there is a lot of cartlidge in there, I just never get the time to go for myself!
