I need some accountability for the diet/exercise program I plan to start on January 5th. If anyone else wants to start a diet & exercise program too, lets encourage each other and get healthy!
Here's what I plan to do:
-Make a poster board with my current measurements, etc including pics to keep track of my progress
-Start taking supplements
-Visit my doctor to make sure I don't have medical issues inhibiting my success
-Start exercising everyday by either: walking, doing pilates or going to the gym
-Drink lots of water
-Get rid of all the junk food and only keep healthy foods in the house
-Might re-join MyFoodDiary.com
My goals are:
#1-Lose #45 by May 14th
#2-Tone my body
#3-Exercise EVERYDAY
#4-Drink lots of water everyday
#5-Look good in a CUTE bathing suit for our trip to Hawaii in June!!!
