Okay Ladies...we NEED to get back on the ball with this....For anyone who wants to check in for hte first time welcome! Here's how this works...Every Friday we check in here and report what we have done to get physical this week, ie; parking farther from the store, walking after work, working out, playing with the kids..whatever got you up and moving! This is NOT about weight loss, so please don't let not dropping a pound stop you from checking in. *This just helps keep us on track and feel more accountable to do some physical activity during the week! *Good luck to all!

I've been readingthe Bob Greene's Total Body Makeover and started doing sdome of the exercises to familiarize myself with them and will go full tilt next week.
I'm back on my balance ball at my desk and whew...my abs know it! So does my leg b/c I can't sit on it anymore.
Much to my kids displeasure b/c of the heat, I did park half way into the parking lot at the food store yesterday, I parked near the second 'cart corral' instead of the first.
Used the treadmill 2x this week...but not for very long at all, my knees were hurting after 10 mins, so I need to work up to more time.
How did everyone else do??
