Ok, I'm in too. As long as Sgt. Ember will yell at me everyday & tell me not to forget I'm off to do my 100 crunches. I walked 2 miles before I saw this, so I'm good there & we'll see what else I can do after the 100 crunches

I'm in for sure!!! We should all do before and after pics I don't have an eliptical machine, but I can do the push ups (which I suck at) and crunches, 30 lunges and free weights. This should be fun!!!

I ended up doing my 100 crunches plus 25 push ups & I don't have any free weights, but I did put 15 gallon jugs of water away in the pantry (& I had to lift them over my head) does that count? Oh yeah I also ran up/down 2 flights of stairs 3 times because dd can't seem to stay in her darn bed

I'll be in too! I need motivation! Don't think I'll be able to make it to the community center to use the machines this week (VBS is taking up my whole afternoon/evening), but I'll start with the crunches and push ups tomorrow. Better get to bed now then, I guess. Night ladies!

Good morning. Yesterday I walked 2 miles, did 50 crunches (sorry I'm a Wuss) and 25 lunges.

But more importantly I only had 1 can of soda and NO snacks all day!!!

NOW GET TO IT, LADIES!!!!!

Good Morning! I was on the treadmill last night and walked 1 mile (and even ran some) and then did my 100 crunches - man, i hate those. Now, my real test is to lay off the sweets. No more snickers for breakfast -

I actually took a before picture and i'm going to post it once i get it downloaded. Hopefully that will keep me motivated!!!!

I am in too. I have been doing this since June 1st. I have 6 more pounds of baby fat to lose (it took me long enough - the baby will be 1 in 2 weeks!) and then I want to lose 5 more so I can be a supermilf again. I have been walking 3 miles every day with the baby in the jogging stroller and doing 100 crunches and 25 pushups. I need to add something new to my routine.

Oh and I took my measurements at the end of June - ChristyK does an inch by inch check in once a month - so it is almost time to measure and see how I have done the last month. The pounds are coming off so slowly but I am firming up. Y'all might want to measure too to help keep you motivated.

I am a wuss...you're right! When it comes to excercise anyhow.

Crunches - DONE (50+)
Whole Sit-ups with straight legs and straight arms - DONE (about 5)
Lunges - DONE (15 per leg)
Push-ups - DONE (15 girl-style)

I'll have to run up and down the stairs a few times later on, but I need to turn the AC on first.
